Recognize Guests ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings – January 17, 2018 Dwayne Honaker made a motion, seconded by Tim Eads to approve January 17, 2018 minutes. All voted in favor ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures All receipts were passed to each Board member for their review and the proper signatures. B. Treasurer’s Report Lt. Shaun Antonino reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports. Wallace Elliot made a motion, seconded by Tim Eads to approve the reports as presented. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker –yes, Messimer – yes, Miller-absent, Wade – yes Warren – absent. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations All equipment is in good operational order and have had no issues. 911 outage on March 13 due to Century link maintenance. Sullivan County was down for a short period of time. b. Personnel Two applicants signed employment offer letters and were set up for psychological, drug, and physical testing. One applicant is still in the background phase. B. Statistics ITEM 6. New Business A. First reading of 2018-2019 budget Lt. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker –yes, Messimer – yes, Miller- absent, Wade – yes Warren – absent. Motion passed. B. Interlocal Agreement Formula Board will approve after second reading of the budget. ITEM 7. Discussion Items A. Hosted controller meeting March 7 ATT&T along with the state proposed a service to manage the 911 lines and use a state controller. The state will charge 8k per console but will reimburse 4k a console back to the district. We are still under contract with Century Link for another year, so no action is required at this time. B. Motorola 911 NG call taking meeting March 28 Motorola prepared a demo on their Next Generation 911 call taking program heald at the Sullivan County 911 office. C. Code Red activation on March 15 Launched a Code Red alert for a 9 year old female with autism. She was found a short while later unharmed. ITEM 8. Other Matters ITEM 9.
