Recognize Guests Lieutenant Walter Brown, Lieutenant Keith Feathers ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings for May16, 2018 Tim Eads made a motion, seconded by Jim Messimer to approve July 18, 2018 minutes ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures All receipts were passed to each Board member for their review and the proper signatures. B. Treasurer’s Report Harry Miller reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports. James Messimer made a motion, seconded by Tim Eads to approve the reports as presented. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker –a/e, Messimer – yes, Miller-yes, Wade – yes, Ring a/e. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations No issues, operations are doing well. b. Personnel Susan Olive and Brittany Harris are still in training and doing well. B. Statistics Lt.
