Recognize Guests ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings for September19, 2018 Tim Eads made a motion, seconded by Jim Messimer to approve September 19, 2018 minutes. ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures All receipts were passed to each Board member for their review and the proper signatures. B. Treasurer’s Report Lt. Shaun Antonino reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports. Tim Eads made a motion, seconded by David Ring to approve the reports as presented. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – a/e, Honaker-yes, Messimer –yes, Miller-a/e, Wade – yes, Ring yes. Motion passed. C. Savings account (0825)is at a balance over 250k. Move 50k out of the account and open up new savings account. Jim Messimer made a motion, seconded by David Ring to move 50k out of account 0825 into a new savings account. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – a/e, Honaker- yes, Messimer –yes, Miller-a/e, Wade – yes, Ring yes. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations Daily operations are moving along well with no issues. b. Personnel Dispatcher Tianna Macias has applied to transfer to patrol as an officer. She is currently in the background phase of the process. Dispatcher applicant Brooke Vierling was contacted and she is still interested. B. Statistics Lt.
