ITEM 2. Recognize Guests
Glenn Myers and Richard Lennon from Brown, Edwards & Company.
Glenn and Richard presented the June 30, 2018 year-end financial audit report to the
board.
David Ring made a motion to approve the audit report, seconded by Jim Messimer
Roll call vote: Eads –yes, Elliott –yes, Honaker-yes, Messimer –yes, Miller-a/e, Wade –
yes, Ring- yes. Motion passed.
ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings for October 17, 2018
Dwayne Honaker made a motion, seconded by Tim Eads to approve October 17, 2018
minutes.
ITEM 4. Financials
A. Receipts & Expenditures
All receipts were passed to each Board member for their review and the proper
signatures.
B. Treasurer’s Report
Lt. Shaun Antonino reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly
budget reports. Tim Eads made a motion, seconded by Jim Messimer to approve
the reports as presented. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott –yes, Honaker-yes,
Messimer –yes, Miller-a/e, Wade – yes, Ring-yes. Motion passed.
C. TECB Excess Revenue Deposit
The state deposited $74,501.00 in excess revenue into the checking account along
with a console reimbuesrment of $24, 000
Lt. Antonino advised that these deposits have put the checking account way over
the 250k mark and Director Key and himself will get the new accounts opened
and transfer monies.

A. Report on Operations & Equipment
1. Overview of Operations
a. Daily Operations
Operations are doing well, Motorola conducted a radio update on
12/19/2018.
b. Personnel
Dispatcher Tianna Macias will be transfering to patrol on
December 26, Brooke Vierling is next on the dispatch roster to be
hired.
B. Statistics
Lt. Shaun Antonino reviewed the month of December 2018
ITEM 6. New Business
A. Welcome New 911 Director Crystal key
ITEM 7. Discussion Items
A. New Console Chairs
Current console chairs are in bad shape and need replacement, Researching new
chairs and prices.
B. Quote for Console Heaters Repair
The quote for new heaters will be aroung 6k, the current consoles are in bad shape as
well and they are 9 years old. Researching new console prices.
C. Credit Card with Citizens Bank
Since the district banks with Citizens, it was recommended to get a no fee credit card
for emergencies since the old one from the previous director was closed.
