Recognize Guests No guests present. ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings for March 20, 2019 Tim Eads made a motion, seconded by David Ring to approve the minutes from the March 20, 2019 Board meeting. Motion passed. ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures All receipts were passed to each Board member for their review and the proper signatures. B. Treasurer’s Report Harry Miller reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports. David Ring made a motion, seconded by Dwayne Honaker to approve the report as presented. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker – yes, Messimer – absent, Miller – yes, Wade – yes, Ring –yes. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations – Everything is working, no operational issues. b. Personnel Abigail Artrip started Monday, April 15th. We are now fully staffed. We are working on a background investigation for a future hire. B. Statistics Ms. Key reviewed the month of March 2019. ITEM 6. New Business A. Chief Wade asked the date of the TENA Conference this year, and advised the board members that they are welcome to attend. B. Ms. Key also advised that the State Board has some training on their website for board members. Wallace Elliott asked that the link be emailed to the board member. ITEM 8.
