Recognize Guests No guests present. ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings for July 17, 2019 Jim Messimer made a motion, seconded by Tim Eads to approve the minutes from the July 17, 2019 Board meeting. Motion passed. ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures All receipts were passed to each Board member for their review and the proper signatures. B. Treasurer’s Report Ms. Key reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports. David Ring made a motion, seconded by Dwayne Honaker to approve the report as presented. Roll call vote: Eads – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker – yes, Messimer – yes, Miller – absent, David Ring – yes, Wade – yes. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations – 1. Ms. Key advised that the new engine was in place on the generator. Our Fleet Superintendent and the generator maintanence provider are working together to gt everything operational again. b. Personnel Ms. Key advised that Ms. Christen Carter has successfully completed her drug screen and physical and we are just waiting on the results of her psychological exam. B. Discussion Items A. Ms. Key attended the county’s consolidation meeting, but there were several that were unable to attend.
