Recognize Guests No guests present ITEM 3. Minutes of Previous Meetings for May 20, 2020 Jim Messimer made a motion to accept as presented. No objection. Motion passed. ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures Crystal will get with board members next week to get everything signed. B. Treasurer’s Report Ms. Key reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports. Tim Eads and Jim Messimer made a motion, seconded by Wallace Elliott to approve the report as presented. Roll call vote as follows: Eads – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker – a/e, Messimer – yes, Miller – a/e, Ring – yes, Wade – yes. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations – 1. Ms. Key advised that things were going good. We are continuing to work on the new 911 equipment installation. b. Personnel 1. Callie Peltier completed her training and is working on shift. We are fully staffed. B. Statistics Ms. Key reviewed the month of May 2020. ITEM 6. New Business A. Budget Amendments – Ms. Key presented the following line items to be amended in the budget. A motion to amend the budget line items as presented was made by Tim Eads and Jim Messimer, second by Wallace Elliott. Motion passed. 1. Line item 1306 (Communications Equipment – Capital) – Increase to $107,000.00. 2. Line item 4409 (Building/Contents/Equipment Insurance) – Increase to $10,300.00. 3. Line item 4418 (Training Expenses) – Increase to $18,500.00. ITEM 7. Discussion Items The July meeting will be cancelled due to it falling on a race day. Our next meeting will be August 19, 2020 ITEM 8. Other Matters The board received a Thank You card from the dispatchers for their support and the implementation of the Training Incentive Program, which provides for the training supplement pay to the dispatchers.
