Minutes of Previous Meetings for October 20, 2021 A. Dye made a motion to approve the minutes with noted correction. Second was made by W. Elliott. Roll call vote as follows: Dye – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker – yes, Messimer – a/e, Ring – yes, Wampler – a/e, Wade – yes. Motion passed. ITEM 4. Financials A. Receipts & Expenditures B. Treasurer’s Report David Ring reviewed the balance sheet, monthly financial and monthly budget reports for October. Bank statements and reconciliations were presented for October. There were 6 journal entries done for the audit, and those were presented for review. Wallace Elliott made a motion, seconded by D. Honaker to approve the report as presented. Roll call vote as follows: Dye – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker – yes, Messimer – a/e, Ring – yes, Wampler – a/e, Wade – yes. Motion passed. ITEM 5. Old Business A. Report on Operations & Equipment 1. Overview of Operations a. Daily Operations - Ms. Key waiting for a replacement audio box to be replaced on one of the CallWorks positions. Things are going well right now. b. Personnel – We currently have 1 in training, and we are in the process of doing backgrounds for two positions to overfill in preparation for promotions to Supervisor. B. Presentation of FY21 Audit – Mr. David Elkins presented the audit for FY21. Brown Edwards issued an unmodified opinion, with no material weaknesses and no significant deficiencies. David Ring made a motion to approve the audit as presented, second by Wallace Elliott. Roll call vote as follows: Dye – yes, Elliott – yes, Honaker – yes, Messimer – a/e, Ring – yes, Wampler – a/e, Wade – yes. Motion passed. ITEM 7. Discussion Items - None ITEM 8.
