Invocation by Chris Estep. II. Approval of April 5, 2012 minutes – Susie made the motion to accept the minutes. Sherry seconded the motion. Motion carried. III. Old Business A. Park Tour – Postponed to June meeting due the weather. The group toured the Slater Community Center instead. IV. New Business A. Summer Programs Overview – Mike Musick, Recreation Superintendent, gave attendees an overview of the department’s summer activities. He elaborated on Summer Playgrounds, Haynesfield Pool, Nature Camps, etc. V. Next Meeting Date – Thursday, August 2, 2012 @ 6:00. ________________________ Terry Napier, Director
