AUGUST 24, 2022 CALLED BOARD MINUTES A called meeting of the Bristol Tennessee Essential Services Board of Directors was held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 1:00 pm for the purpose of Succession Planning. Call to Order Chairman Downs called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm. Board Members Present Erin Downs, Vince Turner, David Akard III, Larry Clarke and Doug Harmon Others Present Joel Cullum, SESCO Management Consultants CEO Candidates The Board interviewed Clayton Dowell for the CEO position. September Board Meeting There was discussion about moving the September board meeting to September 29, 2022. Chairman Downs adjourned the meeting at 3:08 pm.
