Bristol Tennessee Tree City USA Board Minutes February 20, 2012 Present: Mary Lou Sproles Kenneth King Karen McSharry Jean Lusardi Absent: Rebecca Smith Chris Chandler Staff: Terry Napier Crystal Key Jeremy Stout I. Call to Order – Meeting called to order by Karen McSharry at 5:10pm. II. Approval of January 17, 2012 minutes – Kenneth King made the motion to approve the minutes. Jean Lusardi seconded the motion. Motion carried. III. Old Business A. Tree Keepers Program – March 10, 2012 at SCP. Everything is looking good for the event. Washington County Master Gardeners will be providing door prizes. B. Arbor Day Celebration – Terry reminded the members to be at the Council meeting on April 3, 2012 to receive the proclamation. IV. New Business A. No New Business V. Staff Comments - None VI. Board Comments – Several board members expressed interest in doing a field trip for the April meeting. VII. Meeting adjourned at 5:45pm. ______________________________ Terry Napier, Director
