Roll Call: Minutes: Council Members present at roll call were Stacy Swenson, Karrie Wallen, and Ashley Weiss. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Approval of Agenda Minutes: It was motioned by Swenson and second by Weiss to approve the Agenda. Motion carried unanimously. 2) APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA a. Approve Class C Retail Alcohol License (LC) for Britt Bar and Grill LLC. b. Approve Class E Retail Alcohol License Minutes: Mayor Arndorfer presented the consent of the agenda for approval. It was motioned by Swenson and seconded by Weiss. Roll call vote: Ayes: Swenson, Wallen, and Weiss. Motion carried unanimously. 3) CLERK’S REPORT a. FY 23-24 Budget Workshop Minutes: The Hancock County Ag Museum requested $1,000 for insurance premium and the Hancock County Historical Society requested $2,000 for Mystery Dinner Event, both requests were denied. Cindy Kendall with CKendall Consulting and Elizabeth Ibarra gave the council the summary of our FY 23-24 Budget and recommendations for transfers. The recommendations were taken. b. Set Public Hearing for FY 23-24 Full Budget Adoption Minutes: It was motioned by Swenson and second by Weiss to set the FY 23-24 Full Budget Adoption Public Hearing for April 18th, 2023 at 6pm in the Britt Municipal Room. Motion Carried unanimously. 4) Public Comment Minutes: None 5) Adjourn Minutes: It was motioned by Swenson and second by Wallen to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
