Call meeting to order. b. Roll call. Minutes: Present Stacy Swenson, Curt Gast, and Ashley Weiss c. Pledge of Allegiance d. Conflict of Interest (state if applicable) e. Approval of Agenda Minutes: It was motioned by Gast and second by Swenson to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. 2) PUBLIC HEARING a. FY 2023/2024 Maximum Property and Certifying Tax Levies to Hancock County Auditors Minutes: The Public Hearing was opened at 6:01pm. There were no written or verbal comments. The Hearing was closed at 6:02pm. 3) CLERK REPORT a. Resolution 11-2023 Adopting the Budget for FY 2023-2024 Maximum Property and Certifying Tax Levies to Hancock County Auditors Minutes: Resolution 11-2023 Adopting the Budget for FY 2023-2024 Maximum Property and Certifying Tax Levies to Hancock County Auditors was offered by Swenson. It was second by Gast. A roll call vote was had which was as follows: Ayes: Swenson, Gast, and Weiss. Nays: None. b. Approving Todd & Betsy Mortenson Sunset Ridge Application Minutes: It was motioned by Gast and second by Weiss to approve Todd & Betsy Mortenson Sunset Ridge Application. Motion carried unanimously. c. Hiring of Landscaper Minutes: Council agreed to hire Kayla Mayland as the Landscaper at $13.00/hr. and give her a budget of $1,000. 4) PUBLIC COMMENT Minutes: Elizabeth Ibarra, City Clerk, informed council on our agreement with Aramark. The council directed Ibarra to negotiate for a lower rate. She also informed the council that we have no applicants for pool managers. The council directed Ibarra to find out what we paid in salary a couple years back. 5) AJOURN Minutes: It was motioned by Gast and second by Weiss to adjourn the meeting. Motion Carried unanimously.
