PUBLIC HEARING: Proposed FY 2024-2025 Budget – General Fund
Rules for Public Comment for the Public Hearing: Comments/questions must be related to the
Proposed General Fund Budget. Policy for Public Comment: 5 min/per person/ state name and
address for record / clearly address the Board / submit copy of remarks to Clerk the following day for
the record will be accepted during the meeting at this time. Virtual participants can raise their hands
and will be called on to speak. All remarks shall be addressed to the Board as a body and not to any
member thereof. Speakers shall observe the commonly accepted rules of courtesy, decorum, dignity
and good taste.

• Request to approve Mayor’s attendance at the annual NYCOM meeting May 15-17
• Request to approve the SUNY Homecoming parade and authorize road closures on
September 21 (see Event Application) – Main St. between and including Clinton and College
Streets
• Call for public hearing, Monday, April 22, regarding Village Code updates
