The third meeting was arranged at the request of the Plan Commission to provide property owners, business owners, neighbors, citizens, and other interested stakeholders within or near the planning area an opportunity to gather information, ask questions, and provide comments on the revisions made to the alternative concepts. These revisions are based on the preferences submitted by stakeholders at the previous meetings held in June and July and by the Members of the Plan Commission during their September meeting. The third Neighborhood Informational Meeting will be held: Wednesday, November 8, 2017 - 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Revised concept plans will be available for your review. You are invited to attend and provide your feedback on this plan so that we may further refine it to create a preferred plan. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made, however, City staff will be available to answer questions relative to maps and exhibits. My office will collect written comments to accompany presentation of the plan to the City’s Plan Commission and Common Council. The plan represents revised concepts resulting from City staff and third-party research, market analysis, broker surveys, meetings with stakeholders, government bodies, committees, and elected officials.
