Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Azura Memory Care is requesting approval of a conditional use ordinance permitting construction of an 80 resident memory care and assisted living facility operated from a cluster of four buildings located at 16030 West Capitol Drive. Memory care and assisted living facilities are regulated as conditional uses in the city zoning code, permissible in any zoning district subject to an initial public hearing and upon approval of an ordinance by the Common Council. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives from Azura Memory Care will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the conditional use process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for September 10, 2018. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
