Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Insight Life Learning Institute is requesting approval of a conditional use ordinance permitting occupancy of the school building and site located at 13780 Hope Street. Education uses, public or private are regulated as conditional uses in the city zoning code. They are permissible in any zoning district unless expressly prohibited but are subject to a public hearing and approval of an ordinance by the Common Council. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives from Insight Life Learning Institute will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the conditional use process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for November 12, 2018. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
