Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Landmark Credit Union is requesting approval of Modified Suburban Overlay (MSO) zoning establishing dimensional standards at 555 South Executive Drive in association with construction of a 158,000 sq. ft. Phase One and 148,000 sq. ft. Phase Two office building – a permitted use. The site is zoned “O&LR/C #2” Office and Limited Residential/Commercial District No. 2. The O&LR/C #2 district has no dimensional standards (building setbacks, parking setbacks, etc.) until established via MSO zoning at time of new or revised plan and method of operation on a per site basis. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives from Landmark Credit Union will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the MSO zoning process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting t gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
