Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI North Shore Bank is requesting approval of Planned Development District (PDD) – Commercial rezoning establishing development standards at 15830 West Capitol Drive in association with construction of a new 2,950 sq. ft. bank building with drive-thru. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives from North Shore Bank will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the PDD zoning process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for August 20, 2019. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F.
