Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Grace Landing of Brookfield is requesting approval of a conditional use permitting a Community Based Residential Facility and Adult Family Home cluster development at 16760 West North Avenue. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives from Grace Landing of Brookfield will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the conditional use ordinance process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for September 9, 2019. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
