Ertl, A.I.C.P., Director 2000 North Calhoun Road Brookfield, Wisconsin 53005-5095 262-796-6695 FAX 262-796-6702 NOTICE OF NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING City of Brookfield Initiated Rezonings Executive Drive Area As a neighbor1 of certain properties located within the Executive Drive area, you are hereby invited by the City of Brookfield to a Neighborhood Information Meeting to be held on: Wednesday, January 22, 2020 - 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI The City of Brookfield is requesting approval of refining the existing Modified Suburban Overlay (MSO) zoning previously established on certain properties located within the Executive Drive area and establishing the Modified Suburban Overlay (MSO) zoning on certain properties located within the Executive Drive area. The City has determined there is a need for certain text amendments to the City Zoning Code that will create uniform standards for these MSO areas. Generally, the refinements establish standards for building and pavement setbacks and offsets, green space ratios, floor area ratios, and similar standards. No new, additional land uses will added as permitted uses to the MSO areas. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. City staff will answer questions regarding the MSO zoning process and will collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for February 4, 2020. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F.
