Public Involvement Meeting Notice Moorland Road (CTH O) I-94 to Bluemound Road (US 18) Waukesha County February 26, 2020 | 4:30 – 6:30 PM The Waukesha County Department of Public Works is in the planning phase for the rehabilitation/ pavement replacement of 0.8-mile of CTH O (Moorland Road) to bring it up to current standards. Improvements will include: replacing the existing concrete pavement, reconfiguring intersections to improve safety, replacing older traffic signals, minor grading, and storm water improvements. The feasibility for incorporating sidewalks will also be evaluated. The focus of this meeting will be to hear the community’s input regarding roadway design alternatives. The alternatives being presented were developed using design criteria required by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for use on projects that will utilize federal funding. We are looking for feedback from the project stakeholders on design elements including sidewalks, access modifications, and right-of-way/construction impacts.
