Court Room – Safety Building 2100 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI Winter Fields, LLC, is requesting approval to rezone four lots, property tax keys BRC1070051, BRC1070052, BRC1070053, and BRC1070059 from “M-1” Multi-Family Residence District to “PDD” Planned Development District General Plan - Residential for the purpose of combining the four lots into one lot and redeveloping the resulting site with a pocket neighborhood consisting of up to sixteen single family detached condominiums and retaining an existing two family residence. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. Representatives from Winter Fields, LLC, will be present to answer questions about the project. City staff will answer questions regarding the rezoning process. My office will represent the City of Brookfield and collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is tentatively scheduled for December 1, 2020. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
