Common Council Chambers – City Hall 2000 N. Calhoun Road - Brookfield, WI The City of Brookfield The City of Brookfield will hold an informational meeting Thursday, February 18, 2021 between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the Brookfield Common Council Chambers, 2000 N. Calhoun Road, Brookfield, WI for City staff to answer questions regarding the creation of a new zoning district and the proposed rezoning of properties located within the South Gateway Neighborhood area with the new district. The new district is generally located along South Moorland Road and Greenfield Avenue just east and west of Moorland Road in the City of Brookfield. The proposed new district captures existing zoning regulations in this area and makes them applicable to all that the properties in the proposed district. The meeting is an open house. No presentation will be made. City staff will answer questions regarding the rezoning process and will collect written comments for the Common Council and Plan Commission. A public hearing regarding this matter is scheduled for March 2, 2021. A separate public hearing notice will be mailed. If you have any questions, please contact: Daniel F.
