NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN FORUM MEETING
Krueger Park - Pickleball Courts
As a neighbor1 or property owner of the proposed Pickleball Courts at Krueger Park you are hereby invited by the
City of Brookfield to a Neighborhood Information Meeting to be held on:
Thursday, January 5, 2023 - 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Senior Community Center – Multi Purpose Room
2000 North Calhoun Road, Brookfield, WI 53005.
The Parks and Recreation Commission has recommended and the Common Council has approved funding in the
Capital Improvement Budget for the development of the Pickleball Courts at Krueger Park.
The forum will be conducted in an open house format and interested individuals are welcome to attend
anytime between the hours of 5:30–6:30 p.m. The draft court layout and related exhibits will be displayed and
there will be an opportunity to ask questions, exchange information and offer suggestions regarding the plan
with City Staff and raSmith our engineering consultant.
If you are unable to personally attend, comments may be sent by e-mail to kelliher@ci.brookfield.wi.us.
Comments will be accepted through January 5, 2023. All comments received will be shared with the Parks &
Recreation Commission. Residents are also encouraged to contact the City Staff directly regarding any
questions or comments relative to the plans.

1A “neighbor” is any property owner within three hundred (300) feet of any part of the land included in the trail development.
It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting
to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting.
Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the Americans with Disability Act that requires the meetings or materials be in an accessible location
