The request is necessary for the development of a Rita’s Italian Ice store at 4665 Ridge Road. If the rezoning of the parcel is approved, at a future meeting the Commission will consider the remainder of Applicant's requests, including to consolidate four R-B lots and to receive conditional use approval for a drive-through. A request from Dave Cerny to subdivide the plat for Memphis South in order to build new subdivision.
