TOWNOF~ BrownsDurg BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Minutes Brownsburg Town Hall 61 North Green Street Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 Monday, February 8, 2021 The Brownsburg Board of Zoning Appeals convened at 7:00 PM with a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance. Michael Neal opened the meeting, and a roll call was taken. Members Present: Maria Andrews, Stacey Risk, Richard Miller, Mike Neal and Chris Worley Members Absent: None Also Present: Jodi Dickey, AICP- Director of Development Services A. January 11. 2021- Regular Meeting Motion: Chris Worley made a motion to APPROVE the January 11, 2021 regular meeting minutes as amended for an error under Election of Officers, seconded by Maria Andrews, motion carried 4 In Favor/0 Opposed/1 Abstained (Miller). D. APPROVAL OF FINDINGS OF FACT 1. COMMUNICATIONS & REPORTS 1. Joint Working Session This meeting will be rescheduled for a future date. The Board asked for as much advance notice as possible. 2. Department of Development Services Staff Updates Jodi Dickey informed the Board that Todd Barker had left his position with the Town and moved on to Whitestown. The Department would be replacing that role with a future Senior Planner. Jack Swalley would be leaving his post as the Building Commissioner and taking the position of Brownsburg Street Superintendent. Senior Building Inspector Frank Wise retired after 25 years. J.
