NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee will be having a

Members of the public who submitted a “Public Comment Form” will be permitted to offer
public comments as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the

• Any person with business before the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee, not scheduled
on the agenda as a Public Hearing, may speak to the committee.
• “Public Comment Forms” can be secured by e-mailing staff located at the administrative
offices of Brownsville Metro facility at 755 International Blvd. Brownsville, TX 75820.

• “Public Comment Forms” must be filled out and presented to the Mobility staff fifteen (15)
minutes prior to the meeting.
• There is a three (3)-minute time limit per speaker.
