Consideration, Action, and Discussion to allocate a yearly amount of $3,000 to Brownsville Museum of Fine Art (BMFA) to develop a partnership in creating, maintaining, and managing an “artists-in-residence” program, resulting in a list of artists approved by the BBC and designated point person at BMFA (minimum 200 hours).(TABLED) 13.
