Consideration, Action, and Discussion to allocate a yearly amount of $3,000 to Brownsville Museum of Fine Art (BMFA) to develop a partnership in creating, maintaining, and managing an “artists-in-residence” program, resulting in a list of artists approved by the BBC and designated point person at BMFA (minimum 200 hours).(TABLED) 12. Discussion, update and Possible Action on funding graffiti abatement with criteria as part of a city-wide campaign to educate and promote keeping our city clean from trash and graffiti.
