a. Members must complete the Open Meetings Act Training and Public Information
Act Training online. Print out the certificate of completion and send you a copy for your files.

b. Notarized Oaths. If you haven't sent your notarized Oaths, please do so. Here are some options:
i. You can get it notarized on your own and drop it off at a PARD location most convenient
to you. (FYI - Claudia at the Rec Center is a notary.)
ii. OR… go to the City Secretary's Office to have them notarize it and leave it with them-
they are located on the 1st floor of City Plaza 1034 E. Levee St. or
iii. OR… go to floor 1 1/2 of City Plaza to the PARD administrative offices to see a familiar
face Nayade, she swore you in and she can notarize it for you, and you can leave it with
her too.

i. BISD Tree by bus station on 802 vandalized
1. Pending update from Public Works regarding whether or not replacement of BISD
tree is possible.
2. Alex will reach out to Anisa at BISD.
c. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Action regarding cost maintenance equipment for trails.
i. Mr. Alan Guard will check on special lawn mowers for crews to trim the trails.
ii. Alex will discuss with Doro – he had already given the information to Doro.
