Call to Order. Mr. Rodrigo Moreno calls the meeting to Order. 2.) Public Comment Period. No public comments. 3.) Discussion, Consideration and Action to approve the Minutes of April 28, 2021, of the Brownsville Border Film Advisory Commission Meeting. Mr. Rodrigo Moreno moves to approve, all in favor. Motion passes.  4.) CMD Director and Brownsville Border Film Commission Officer Update. (Presentation on the Brownsville Border Film Advisory Commission term limits and re/appointments, and production updates.) Mrs. Maria Rentrop reminds board that applications are open for reappointment. Mrs. Maria Rentrop shares her update, location images were submitted to the Texas Film Commission (TFC) regarding a locations casting call by Location Scout and Manager Lori Balton. Mr. Moreno asks if El Jardin will be renovated before production begins. Mrs. Rentrop will follow up before sending images to TFC. Ms. Rentrop informs the board that a series named La Frontera will be shooting an episode in Brownsville on Saturday, June 5. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 5.)
