EXECUTIVE SESSION: Consultation with Attorney pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.072 regarding the possible acquisition of real estate for the Belden Trail community garden. 9. Action on items discussed in executive session if any. 10. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Consultation with attorney pursuant to Section §551.071(2), on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with the duties under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 11.
