Discussion and ACTION on BCIC self-directed projects. 6. Executive Director Report 7. BOARD COMMENTS: relating to items of public interest: Announcements regarding local or regional civic and charitable events, staff recognition, and commendation of citizens, upcoming meetings, and informational update on projects, awards, acknowledgement of meeting attendees, birthdays, requests for items to be placed on upcoming agendas, and condolences. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: PLEASE NOTE: • ANY PERSON WITH BUSINESS BEFORE THE BCIC BOARD, NOT SCHEDULED ON THE AGENDA AS A PUBLIC HEARING, MAY SPEAK TO THE BOARD. • "PUBLIC COMMENT FORMS" ARE LOCATED ATTHE ENTRANCE TOTHE MEETING ROOM. • "PUBLIC COMMENT FORMS" MUST BE FILLED OUT AND PRESENTED TO THE BCIC STAFF FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES PRIOR TO THE MEETING. • THERE IS A THREE (3)-MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER SPEAKER. • THE SPEAKER MUST IDENTIFY BY NAME BEFORE SPEAKING. • NO FORMAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN.
