NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a SPECIAL meeting of the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Committee of the City of Brownsville, Texas, will be conducted on Thursday, September 15th, 2022

Presentation, Discussion and Action – Present results to City Commission in a workshop
and seeking feedback whether to create a La Posada Taskforce for planning and
fundraising compromised of key PARD stakeholders. – Damaris McGlone
Consideration, Discussion and Action – to designate Parks Advisory Board members to the
La Posada Taskforce to present for consideration and approval by the City Commission. –
