Special City Council Meeting

CITY OF BRUSH! MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 21, 2015 – SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Brush Colorado met in special session on January 21, 2015. Mayor Pro Tem Vicky Quinlin called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Present on roll call were: Mayor Pro Tem Vicky Quinlin Councilor Jeanine Anderson Councilor Rick Bain Councilor Kimberly Dykes Councilor Mark Smith Absent on roll call were: Mayor Chuck Schonberger Councilor Heath Becker Also present were City Administrator Monty Torres, Finance Director Joanne Gosselink and City Clerk Andrea Strand Extension of the Brush Storm Water Infrastructure Phase IV Project (EIAF #7300) with Department of Local Affairs City Administrator Torres provided a letter to Department of Local Affairs, dated January 20, 2015 requesting a one year extension on the Brush Storm Water Infrastructure Phase IV (EIAF #7300) project for the Storm Drainage Downtown. This requires the Mayor’s signature. Motion made by Councilor Smith, second by Councilor Dykes to authorize the Mayor to sign the letter to Department of Local Affairs requesting an extension on the Brush Storm Water Infrastructure Phase IV (EIAF #7300) project for the Storm Drainage Downtown. The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote.
