An Ordinance Approving the Editing and Inclusion of Certain Ordinances as Parts of the Various Component Codes of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bryan, State of Ohio, and Conforming Traffic and General Offenses Code Provisions to State Law Changes. 4. An Ordinance Providing for the Transfer of Funds for the City of Bryan, for the Month Ending October 31, 2023. 5. An Ordinance Providing for Annual Appropriations for the City of Bryan, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2023, and Declaring an Emergency. 6. An Ordinance Authorizing the Termination of a Master Lease-Purchase and Sublease- Purchase Agreement with Fifth Third Bank and Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers Concerning the Financing of the Construction, Equipping, Expansion, Improvement, Installation and Substantial Renovation of the Main Campus of Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers; Authorizing the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer to Execute Documents as Required to Effectuate this Lease Termination; and Declaring and Emergency. 7. An Ordinance Amending and Approving the City of Bryan Employee 2019 Handbook, Specifically at Section 610 Pertaining to Military Leave of Absence. 8.
