Hearing of Public Concerns (Residents are limited to 5 minutes). 4. An Ordinance to Amend Title 15 of the Bryan Codified Ordinances by Enacting Chapter 1503 Entitled Fireworks. (Second Reading) 5. An Ordinance Providing for Annual Appropriations for the City of Bryan, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2024, and Declaring an Emergency. 6. A Resolution to Accept a $2,250.00 Donation from the Bryan Area Foundation on Behalf of the Robert F. Flightner Memorial Law Enforcement Scholarship to the City of Bryan Police Department. 7. Building Permit – Planning & Zoning 8. Propose the previously scheduled council meeting set Tuesday, October 8, 2024 (Ready, Set, Relax) to be changed back to Monday, October 7, 2024, as the date for Ready, Set, Relax is now being held in November. Propose the council meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024 (Ready, Set, Relax) changed to Tuesday, November 5, 2024. 9. Adjournment.
