An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into an Agreement with Peterson Construction Company for the Bryan Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Improvements with a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $11,758,639. 8. A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Appy For, Accept, and Enter into a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) Agreement on Behalf of the City of Bryan for Planning, Design, and/or Construction of Wastewater Facilities; and Designating a Dedicated Repayment Source for the Loan. 9.
