An Ordinance Providing for Annual Appropriations for the City of Bryan, for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2025, and Declaring an Emergency. 6. An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor to Retain Robert Bohmer to Provide Legal Representation to the City in the Event the City Attorney has a Conflict of Interest, and Declaring an Emergency. 7. An Ordinance Adopting the Planning Commission’s Recommendation that the City of Bryan Vacate the North/South Alley from East Edgerton Street to the Railroad Tracks Between North Main Street and North Walnut Street. 8. A Resolution Accepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and Authorizing the Necessary Tax Levies and Certifying them to the County Auditor. 9. A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Prepare and Submit an Application to Participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) State Capital Improvement and/or Local Transportation Improvement Program(s) and to Executive Contracts as Required. 10.
