MINUTES 2.A Approval of minutes from the June 23, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting, and the July 14, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission Workshop. REGULAR AGENDA 3.A Conduct a public hearing and recommend approval to the Mayor and City Council of a rezone (Case No. PLZZ-24-0003) of approximately 1.52 acres from General Commerce (GC) to Neighborhood Commercial (C-1) located at the northwest corner of South Watson Road and West Roeser Road, subject to conditions a-g.
