CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Andrisek called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Present: Council Members John Connolly, Leo Elovitz, Holly Sierra, Vice
Mayor Dan Baumann, and Mayor Ed Andrisek
Staff: City Manager Marc Bierdzinski and City Attorney Steve McEwen

CLOSED SESSION ITEM
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9,
subdivision (d) (2) (one case).
The City Council met in closed session to discuss anticipated litigation. No reportable
action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Andrisek adjourned the meeting at 6:37 p.m. The next regular City Council
meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
