Adoption of Resolution No. 36, Series 2019 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING TONY LA GRECA AS AN ALTERNATE VOTING MEMBER OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.”? Appointing Tony LaGreca to the Planning and Zoning Commission. This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, www.buenavistaco.gov, Post Office, and Public Library on Friday, September 6, 2019  G. Adoption of Ordinance No. 09, Series 2019 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO AMENDING ARTICLE VI OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING DOG LICENSES, TAGS, AND FEES.”? Approve removing the section related to dog licensing from the Municipal Code. H. Adoption of Ordinance No. 10, Series 2019 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO AMENDING SECTION 6-22 AND REPEALING SECTION 6- 31 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING MASSAGE PARLOR LICENSES.”? Approve removing the section related to massage parlors from the Municipal Code. I. Adoption of Ordinance No. 11, Series 2019 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, AMENDING SECTION 5.3.4(C)(1) OF ARTICLE 16.05 AND SECTION 17-74(C)(1) OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING SCHOOL IMPACT FEES.”? Approve removing the section related to school impact fees from the Municipal Code. J. De-Obligation Letter for Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority (CWRPDA) Design & Engineering Grant. Approve Mayor Lacy sign the De-Obligation letter to close the grant. VII. PUBLIC COMMENT Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting in order to speak for up to 3 minutes regarding matters not on the agenda or agenda items not scheduled for Public Hearing. Neither Town Board nor Town staff should be expected to respond to matters raised in the Public Comment segment of Board meetings. Nevertheless, Board members will always retain the right to ask questions of the speaker and to respond then or at a later time to remarks made by any citizen. VIII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Health Disparities Grant Program Becky Gray, Chaffee County Director of Housing, and Andrea Carlstrom, Chaffee County Public and Environmental Health Director, will meet with the Trustees to discuss the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) Health Disparities Grant Program. B. Public Hearing – Major Planned Unit Development (PUD) Modification Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Ordinance No. 12, Series 2019 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A MAJOR PUD MODIFICATION FOR THE COLORADO CENTER PUD. The Board will consider approving a request from Charlie Chupp, Fading West Homes, LLC for a Major PUD Modification to the Colorado Center PUD. C. Review of Town Owned Real Property Becky Gray, Chaffee County Director of Housing will meet with the Board to discuss options to consider for future use of Town owned property. D. Camping Update from Code Enforcement on what’s going on with Special Events, Seasonal, Transient, and Private Property. Seek feedback from the Board of Trustees for potential policy and/or code changes. IX. STAFF REPORTS 1. Town Administrator 2. Town Treasurer 3. Airport Manager 4. Public Works Director 5.
