Adoption of Resolution No. 66, Series 2020 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, RE-APPOINTING MCKENZIE LYLE, AND DAN HAMME AS REGULAR VOTING MEMBERS AND ASHLEY DAVIS AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.” G. Adoption of Resolution No. 67, Series 2020 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, REAPPOINTING THOMAS DOUMAS AND LYNN SCHULTZ-WRITSEL AS REGULAR VOTING MEMBERS, REAPPOINTING TONY LECRECA AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER, AND APPOINTING BLAKE BENNETTS AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.” H. Adoption of Resolution No. 68, Series 2020 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE TOWN TO THE CHAFFEE COUNTY MULTIJURISDICTIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY.” This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office, and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, December 4, 2020  I. Appointment of Cameron Torrens to the Northern Chaffee County Library District Board of Trustees. VI. GOCO Resilient Communities Grant Application Recreation Director Earl Richmond will provide the Trustees with an update on the GOCO Resilient Communities Grant application process. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. Public Hearing – 2021 Budget Hearing The Board will hold a hearing on the 2021 Proposed Budget to discuss budget requests. (Estimated time - 20 minutes) C. Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Resolution 69, Series 2020, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA 2021 FEE SCHEDULE.”? The Board will consider adoption of the proposed 2021 Fee Schedule. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) D. Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Resolution 70, Series 2020, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2021 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2021.”? The Board will consider a resolution approving the revenues and expenditures of the 2021 Proposed Budget. (Estimated time – 3 minutes) E. Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Resolution 71, Series 2020, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH BELOW , FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO FOR THE 2021 BUDGET YEAR.”? The Board will consider a resolution approving the appropriation of funds presented in the 2021 Proposed Budget. Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Resolution 72, Series 2020, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2020 TO HELP DEFRAY THE COST OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE 2021 BUDGET YEAR.”? The Board will consider a resolution approving the certification of property taxes to Chaffee County for the 2021 Proposed Budget. (Estimated time – 3 minutes) G. Three Mile Plan Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Resolution 73, Series 2020, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING AN UPDATED THREE-MILE PLAN.”? The Board will consider approving the 2020 Three-Mile Plan as recommended by updated Three-Mile Plan (Estimated time – 10 minutes) H. Legacy Bank Public Improvement Agreement Should the Board of Trustees approve adoption of Resolution 74, Series 2020, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH LEGACY BANK FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 430 E. MAIN STREET, BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.”? The Board will consider approving a Public Improvement Agreement with Legacy Bank for the property located at 430 E. Main Street.
