Principal Planner VIII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Bears and Trash Discussion Kevin Madler with the Colorado Division of Park and Wildlife will provide the Board with information related to bears in town. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. Public Hearing - The Farm Preliminary Plat Review Adoption of Resolution No. 13, Series 2021 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE FARM SUBDIVISION, FILING NO. 1, AMENDMENT NO. 3.”? The Board will consider adopting a resolution approving The Farm Subdivision, Phase 2 Preliminary Plat for 51 single-family residential lots and one multifamily residential lot on 9.18 acres. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) C. Adoption of Resolution No. 14, Series 2021 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO TO ESTABLISH A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT FOR TOWN EMPLOYEES AND CLOSE PREVIOUSLY USED DEBIT CARDS.”? The Board will consider approving a resolution to approve credit cards for use by Town Staff for town expenses rather than debit cards. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) D. Adoption of Resolution No. 15, Series 2021 entitled, “ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, WAIVING THE RECEIPT OF AND APPROVING THE AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSFER OF FY 2021 ENTITLEMENTS FROM THE CENTRAL COLORADO REGIONAL AIRPORT (AEJ), BUENA VISTA, COLORADO TO THE SOUTHEAST COLORADO REGIONAL AIRPORT, LAMAR, COLORADO (LAA), LAMAR, COLORADO.”? The Board will consider approving the agreement to transfer the 2021 entitlements from the Central Colorado Regional Airport to the Southeast Colorado Regional Airport in Lamar.
