Nevertheless, Board members will always retain the right to ask questions of the speaker and respond then or later to remarks made by any citizen. VIII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Phase 1 Marijuana Establisment License Lottery The Board will hold a lottery drawing to select the applicant that will proceed to the Phase 2 Marijuana Establishment License Application process. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. REDI Grant Match Request Jamie Billesbach from Central Mountain Small Business Development Center will present a proposal to create a Resilient Entrepreneurial Ecosystem utilizing a DOLA REDI grant and a cash match contribution from the Town. (Estimated time - 15 minutes) C. Presentation of Fire Services for the Town of Buena Vista Town Administrator will present the findings and recommendations from the Fire Services Steering Committee (Estimated time – 15 minutes) D. Adoption of Resolution No. 25, Series 2021, entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA AND CHAFFEE COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES.”? The Board will consider approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with Chaffee County Fire Protection District to provide emergency services to the Town of Buena Vista. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) E. Organization Change Proposal Town Administrator will share an update the state of the organization and make a proposal to adjust staffing levels in certain departments to sustain the growth happening in town. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) F. Amendments to the 2021 Fee Schedule The Board will consider amending the 2021 Fee Schedule for the Airport to align Landing and Ramp fees to make it easier for both customers and staff. Airport Hanger fees will also be adjusted to give pilots an incentive to hanger aircraft for longer periods. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) IX. STAFF REPORTS (Estimated time – 3 minutes per report) 1.
