TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPOINTING MARY THERESE
ANSTEY AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION.”
D. Adoption of Ordinance No. 07, Series 2021 entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VII OF
CHAPTER 2 AND SECTION 18-142 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT”.

IX. BUSINESS ITEMS
A. Public Hearing – Approve an application transferring the Retail Liquor Store License from the
Little Daisy Company dba Little Daisy Liquor to Park Lane Enterprises LLC dba Little Daisy
Liquor
The Board will consider approving the transfer of a Retail Liquor Store License.
(Estimated time – 5 minutes)
B. Amendment to the Water Dedication Fee
Adoption of Ordinance No. 08, Series 2021, entitled “ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION
16.05.5.3.6 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING WATER DEDICATIONS AND
FEES-IN-LIEU FOR NONRESIDENTIAL AND MULTI-USE SITE PLANS AND BUILDING PERMITS
AND CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS”?
The Board will consider approving an amendment to the recently approved Water Dedication
code language. (Estimated time – 10 minutes)
C. Code Enforcement on Flags and Elections Signs
The Board will consider recommendations to amend the Municipal Code related to flags and yard signs.
(Estimated time – 10 minutes)
D. Chaffee County Recreation Plan
Cindy Williams, Kim Marquis, Jim Pitts and Earl Richmond will provide the Board with an update on the
Envision Chaffee County Recreation Plan. (Estimated time – 20 minutes)
E. Memorandum of Agreement – Chaffee County and Communities Floodplain Mapping Study
The Board will consider entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Colorado Water
Conservation Board (CWCB) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the
Chaffee County Risk Map Project. (Estimated time –10 minutes)
X. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION
The Board discusses items with staff, and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda.
XI. ADJOURNMENT
