Adoption of Resolution No. 29, Series 2021 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A NOTICE OF AWARD TO A-1 CHIPSEAL COMPANY FOR THE 2021 STREET CHIPSEAL PROJECTS.” VI. BUSINESS ITEMS A. 2020 Audit Report Treasurer Stoke will review with the Board a summary of the 2020 Audit Report. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) B. Local Emergency Declaration Adoption of Resolution No. 30, Series 2021 entitled “A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE DECLARATION OF A LOCAL DISASTER EMERGENCY IN AND FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2021.” The Board will discuss whether to extend the local emergency declaration and review the Remote Participation Policy. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) C. IGA ith CDOT for Intersection at US 24/Baylor and DePaul Adoption of Resolution No. 31, Series 2021 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL ON US HIGHWAY 24 AT THE INTERSECTION OF DE PAUL AVENUE AND BAYLOR DRIVE.” The Board will consider apporing a contract with CDOT to proceed with design and engineering work for the intersection. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff, and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X.
