VII. BUSINESS ITEMS A. Proposal to Utilize the St. Rose of Lima Chapel as a Montessori School Shining Mountain Montessori School will present a proposal to lease the Chapel facility in Forest Square Park. (Estimated time – 15 minutes) B. Adoption of 2020 Electrical Code Adoption of Ordinance No. 09, Series 2021 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE BUENA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT THE 2020 EDITION OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE.”? Chaffee County Director of Development Services Dan Swallow will request the Board to consider amending the Buena Vista Municipal Code to adopt the most recent edition of the National Electrical Code. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) C. Public Hearing – Local Historic Designation for the Buena Vista Heritage Museum Adoption of Resolution No. 33, Series 2021 entitled, “A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE BUENA VISTA HERITAGE MUSEUM BUILDING LOCATED AT 506 EAST MAIN STREET AS A HISTORIC STRUCTURE.”? The Board will consider designating the Buena Vista Heritage Museum Building a historic structure. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) D. Chaffee County Recreation Plan Envision Chaffee County Co-Chair Cindy Williams and Jim Pitts with the U.S. Forest Service will meet with the Board to discuss the Chaffee County Recreation Plan. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) E. Airport Business Plan Airport Manager Jack Wyles will review the Airport Business Plan with the Trustees. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) F. Amend 2021 Budget Adjustment Adoption of Resolution No. 34, Series 2021 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING AN ADJUSTED AND SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2021 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2021.”? Adoption of Resolution No. 35, Series 2021 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2021 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2021.”?
