Adoption of Resolution No. 37, Series 2021 entitled “A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO, APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH RICHARD F. MOLITOR FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE LOT 16, BLOCK 1, TOWN OF BUENA VISTA, COLORADO.” Approve a Public Improvement Agreement with Ritchie F. Molitor for the property known as Lot 16, Block 1, Town of Buena Vista (330 E. Main Street). VI. PUBLIC COMMENT This Agenda may be Amended Posted at Buena Vista Town Hall, Post Office, and www.buenavistaco.gov on Friday, September 10, 2021  Citizen participation where the public can sign up prior to the start of the meeting in order to speak during public comment. (Estimated time -15 minutes) B. Board of Trustees Handbook The Board will consider the adoption of the new Board of Trustees Handbook. (Estimated time – 5 minutes) C. Board Assignments for Advisory Boards and Chaffee Housing Authority The Board will consider appointing a new member to the Chaffee County Housing Authority and review Advisory Board assignments. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) D. DOLA Housing Affordability Grant Opportunity Staff will update the Board on planning grant opportunities and seek direction on proceeding with an application. (Estimated time – 10 minutes) IX. TRUSTEE/STAFF INTERACTION The Board discusses items with staff, and staff can bring up matters not on the agenda. X.
